[vim/vim] Windows terminal input misalignment, when Vim is closed (Issue #18959)

TS-33 created an issue (vim/vim#18959)

Steps to reproduce

1. win + r Enter cmd;
2. In cmd, use vim commend entry vim and then :wq exit;
3. In cmd, type some commend, input misalignment will display.

Expected behaviour
