Errors in Tiny build after downloading patches 1146 tp 1149

After downloading 7.3.1146 to 7.3.1149, Huge build compiles but Tiny
doesn't:

gcc -c -I. -Iproto -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I/usr/local/include -O2
-fno-strength-reduce -Wall -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=1
-o objects/regexp.o regexp.c
In file included from regexp.c:7903:0:
regexp_nfa.c: In function ‘nfa_regexec_both’:
regexp_nfa.c:5894:35: error: ‘ireg_icombine’ undeclared (first use in
this function)
regexp_nfa.c:5894:35: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only

make: *** [objects/regexp.o] Error 1
exit status 2

Must be a missing #ifdef. Thanks for reporting.
