[vim/vim] Incorrect digraph value of *x? (Discussion #21077)

I accidentally used *x as a digraph when I meant X, and this produced a small chi (χ). But according to RFC 1345, a small chi should result only from the x digraph, not *x, right? Is this a (minor) bug?
