[vim/vim] CI: Separate ASan test (PR #19962)

This PR separates ASan test job to 3 jobs to reduce CI time.

Currently ASan job takes ~~30 min. and whole workflow 30~~40 min. to finish, and it can expect to improve to each ASan job about 10 min. and whole 15~20 min.
