Key combinations including Alt+Ctrl-F<n> are no longer available

After recompiling gvim (8.2.4835) some minutes ago (Windows 7, MSys2, 64-bit) I found that all mappings based on Alt-Ctrl-F<n> are no longer functional. The said combinations work in 8.2.4815.

Instead of e.g. <M-C-F8>, <F8> is displayed in the command line on pressing Alt-Ctrl-F8.

Most likely caused by Patch 8.2.4807. There were already a couple of
followup patches, we might need another one.
