Syntax highlighting for the heredoc value in a :let statement

Hi all,

The here document support in Vim scripts for specifying
multi-line values in a :let statement was added recently.
The syntax highlighting for the heredoc values is not
yet supported. I am not that familiar with the vim.vim syntax
highlighting script. Can anyone more familiar with this
take a look at this?

I already have an updated Vim syntax for this.
Still need to improve the indent file.
