The syntax files from https://github.com/nathangrigg/vim-beancount could probably be upstreamed as well, what do you think @nathangrigg?

@chrisbra it's a well-known extension, I can't find it used in the documentation (the search isn't good), but e.g: the Zed extension supports both. Some random reddit post about people using .bean.
