[vim/vim] With guioptions=aP/AP/aAP modeless selection is not copied to * register, only to + register (Issue #19187)

Coacher created an issue (vim/vim#19187)

Steps to reproduce

1. vim -g -u NONE -i NONE -N -c ':set clipboard=' -c ':set mouse=' -c ':set guioptions=XXX' text.txt (see title for XXX)
2. Select text with mouse
3. Inspect registers

Expected behaviour

Selected text is present in * register.

Actual behavior: selected text is present only in * register.
