[vim/vim] netrw doesn't clean up g:netrw_chgwin (Issue #19810)

qwerlkjasdf created an issue (vim/vim#19810)

Steps to reproduce

1. :Lexplore
2. :Lexplore
3. Now g:netrw_chgwin is set to 2 and any subsequent instance of netrw will open file in second window

Expected behaviour

Clean up g:netrw_chgwin on :Lexplore when it close netrw. By default netrw opens file in curent window but when you used :Lexplore it starts to function differently and opens file in second window
