Syntastic doesn't work ouside of ~

:SyntasticInfo works on files in my /var/www/ but :SyntasticCheck doesn't work, although it works on files in subfolders of ~. As in no message, no nothing, no 'command not found' either message in vim either, just no response.

Tried adding path, still no help.

I'm using synastic setup in janus btw, for python and php.
