Nvim-R 0.9.18 (broken on Windows) released

A new version of Nvim-R is released. The TCP connection with R is broken on Windows, which means that the plugin does not work there.

The changes in the new version are:

• TCP communication on Windows is broken.
• Integration with cmp-nvim-r, a source for nvim-cmp.
• Delete options R_auto_omni and R_hi_fun_globenv.
• New options: R_filetypes, R_fun_data_1 and R_fun_data_2, R_quarto_intel, R_bib_compl, R_enable_comment.
• Require either Neovim 0.6.0 or Vim 8.2.84.

Note: only today did I see that some people had their request to participate in this group pending approval. I'm sorry for that.
