Nvim-R 0.9.13

Hi,

I believe that most people use the development version of Nvim-R from https://github.com/jalvesaq/Nvim-R but for those who still install either the Vimball or the Vimball I released a new version. The changes are:

• Support for Python code in knitr chunks: integration with the R package reticulate and with the jedi-vim plugin. 
• New options: R_editing_mode, R_buffer_opts. 
• Minor bug fixes.
