vim-perl "beta" release on Monday, May 13th

Hi everyone,

I was talking to Andy Lester a bit last night, and he thinks it would be a good idea to put out a "beta" release with a bunch of fixes so people can try them out.  I've added a new milestone to GitHub for the "beta" release, which contains the issues I feel should be done before tomorrow.

GitHub is apparently currently having storage problems, so I've set up a temporary repo on my personal server:

    git://hoelz.ro/vim-perl

If you have changes you'd like included, please let me know and I can merge patches generated with git-format-patch, or I can pull from another repo, like in ye olden days.

 GitHub seems to have solved their strorage problems, so I've taken down my temporary repo.
