I had this problem too. I was able to fix it using info from here: -the-location-path-of-current-wallpaper-in-ma c-os-x/. Basically, I followed their suggested terminal command and it worked like a charm! Here it is: defaults delete com.apple.dock desktop-picture-show-debug-text;killall Dock
It's easy to display the full path of the desktop picture on my MB Pro. Backstory is I cycle through my own pictures. Sometimes I see one I really want to revisit. Here is the problem: The path is long and the font for the displayed path is large. I never get to the point where I can see the filename. So, (1) Is there a terminal command that will change the font of the displayed path on my desktop? (2) Is there a terminal command that will just display the filename of the desktop picture, or a command argument that will do the same?
One way to do this is to type your name on the photo you will use as your lock screen wallpaper. If you don't have or aren't familiar with photo software, look for photo editing websites that will allow you to do this for free (example: Fotor).

Ok it seems that Android Studio will only allow tags within the res/xml directory. Simply moving the file fixed the problem. I am not sure if Android Studio is being picky or not. I have seen two references to wallpapers stored in the res/layout folder before but I don't know if they are typos. Further comments welcome.
So the default behavior of the Ubuntu login screen was that it would match match my Desktop wallpaper. So for example, if I was on the login screen and I clicked between my username and the Guest user, the wallpaper would change to either the same wallpaper that was on my Desktop, or the "default" wallpaper for guest.
I tried going back to this file and removing the "allow-guest=false" line altogether, but this hasn't changed anything. The Guest account is re-enabled, but the wallpaper on the login screen still isn't matching my Desktop wallpaper.
