This workshop helped me gain so much more perspective on honoring myself and how I relate to my goals. Being in community with other women while also discovering more about myself through my goals was very unique intimate and bonding experience. This is not a repeat of what Shunta teaches. Her workshops are so worth every investment! I highly recommend them!
This class was outstanding. I was expecting a class to help solidify my vision and direction in life. This class was waaaaaay more than just that. Shunta teaches life-changing concepts with real-life examples. This class will help you to create a life compass that will guide you well on your path and help you fill your days intentionally only with the things that move you North. The concepts were simple yet things I never would have thought of. I highly recommend this class for anyone who desires to get more clarity on where they are going in life, and make their days align with who they truly are and want to be.
I just completed my first Best Today Guide and I never want to go back to living without it! In it I have found a place for everything swimming around in my mind. I have never felt more intentional and proactive with my time. I am still a work in progress, of course, but the BTG has enabled me to live out my priorities more than anything else has. I have tried SO many planners and organisers - but not any more. The BTG is so much more than a planner, (but as a bonus I also use it as my planner). The design is beautiful and clean and even that makes a difference, that lovely white cover means my focus is on the process and what I am writing, not on how it looks on the outside. I even love that it is undated, I love writing every day anew. I tend to take my BTG with me when I go out, it is like a touchstone to remind me to spend my time today in the way I committed to that is meaningful to me, in the big picture. I refer to it during the day and it really does keep me on track. I only missed a few days writing in my BTG these past 14 weeks and they were NOT good days and I definitely felt less intentional and contented. I cannot recommend it enough. I am looking forward to the next 14 weeks with my next BTG and deepening my daily practice with it. Thank you so much Shunta! Grateful for you and your work and encouragement.
The Clear Your Mind pad has become a staple and an important part of my planning system. I use the pads (the large and small) on a daily and weekly basis to plan my weeks, large and small projects, travel plans, parties, and holiday gatherings. It helps me clear my brain (which is often so cluttered) and create a list that I can make sense of and sort into intentional results and outcomes. The pad is structured in a way that I can prioritize what is most important and urgent and also be intentional about the things I want to schedule and plan for in the near and distant future. The Clear You Mind pad is something I didn't expect to love yet it's something that I use all the time and supports my pursuit of living with less noise and more purposefully. I went to the OTAT in-person workshop with the idea we'd get deeper into developing routines and being intentional with our time. While we did indeed do that, it was so much more! Shunta guided us through 2 days of focusing on ourselves. Identifying the thoughts and behaviors we needed to release and replacing those with positive, more affirming behaviors was needed in order to truly focus on the information being taught. We identified our core values which are at the foundation of who we are and how we want to show up in the world. Being away from the distractions of life and just writing was so encouraging. It all connected to our plan we created for how we can be our Best Today, everyday!
It doesn't end there, after the workshop, you are connected with your group in the Best Today Community for support, encouragement and accountability! How often do you get that after attending a workshop? I left the workshop with new hope that I can and I will be my Best, One Today at A Time!

I absolutely LOVE this guide! I am someone who benefits from receiving detailed, or step-by-step instructions when it comes to starting a new process. I was so excited to get started with the Best Today Guide and the Week to Day Pad, but I felt a little unsure of where to begin. That's mostly because of my own resistance and struggles around "perfectionism." However, ever reading through this guide, I now feel completely confident on how to utilize the Best Today Guide and the Week to Day Pad. So so grateful to have found the Best Today Guide, Podcast and Community.
I've been previewing my weeks and days using Shunta's method and using this guide is the first time I'm actually previewing my month and wow! what a difference! I can already tell that if I would skip this part, I'd be missing the context of my weeks that I need for them to be truly realistic. The examples in the guide are detailed, life-like, and so relatable. It's easy to use them as a springboard for my own life. The step-by-step guide for planning my months, weeks, and days is so helpful and the examples and ideas knock it out of the park. It is exactly what I need to make my days realistic, powerful, and totally doable - it gives me ideas that feel expansive and inviting, not rigid or hustle-culture-inspired. All in all, this guide is well worth the investment. It's pointed, supportive, and detailed, and helped me build flexible structure and momentum.
I love Shunta and her truths - I have been following her for years and this class was just as good if not better than her previous classes. Shunta is a tell it like it is kinda girl, no mess-no fuss. I loved this class, it had so many golden nuggets (aha moments). She focuses on truths we tell ourselves and discusses how to overcome them so you can live more intentional, productive and - in control of your life instead of it controlling you. Highly recommend the hour long class.
