Dear Members of AFCDUD,

The 11th FCPAE Europe Forum will be held in Dublin, Ireland from October 17th to 19th, 2019.

The Committee now launches the “10 Leading Chinese Talents on Science and Technology in Europe 2019" selection campaign, which will be one of the most important part of the Forum.

亲爱的中法城市可持续发展协会会员，

一年一度的全欧华人专业协会联合会FCPAE欧洲论坛将于2019年10月17日至19日在爱尔兰首都都柏林举行。

联合会现决定启动 2019 年度“欧洲华人10大科技领军人才”评选活动，评选结果将在本年度于爱尔兰都柏林举办的第十一届 FCPAE 欧洲论坛上宣布并颁奖。

年度“欧洲华人 10 大领军人才”的评选是联合会自2012年起推出的面向全欧华人专业人士的活动，旨在推选出欧洲华人中出类拔萃的领军人才，彰显他们的成就和贡献，以期激励更多的优秀人才率军创新创业、共赢科技未来。至今已举行五次，共计50位旅欧华人科技工作者获得“欧洲华人科技领军人才”称号。

具体人才入选条件、评选流程和相关安排请见附件。

有意参加评选的会员请将资料于2019年7月28日前发送至con...@afcdud.com, AFCDUD理事会将统一审核申报名单，并上报组委会。
