由苏州市政府独家冠名的2013“赢在苏州”国际精英欧洲创业大赛http://www.win-in-suzhou.com是欧洲华人影响最为深远，覆盖面最广，涉及人群最多的中国创新创业活动。自2013年1月12日在法国巴黎举办新闻发布会，正式拉开序幕以来，不仅在欧洲地区受到追捧，在全世界的华人高层次人才中也都受到了热烈欢迎。海外高层次人才积极报名参赛，将最好最优质的项目推荐给苏州，积极寻找机会回国进行创业和项目对接。有关苏州人才信息，敬请关注姑苏人才计划服务网，http://www.rcsz.gov.cn/
截至4月中旬，赛事组委会已经收到报名及咨询邮件2000多封，经过初步评审与筛选，已有众多优秀项目入选复赛，项目内容涵盖了新能源、新材料、生物医药、光电、信息科技、管理、金融、化工、机械制造、汽车和农业等各个领域。这些参赛项目质量高，其中很多项目拥有国内外的自主知识产权，具有广阔的市场发展前景。入选的项目中，博士学历占据了九成以上，其中不乏来自法国巴黎综合理工大学，德国慕尼黑工业大学英国剑桥大学等全球知名学府的优秀高层次人才的参加。

活动内容：
会场设立苏州市人社局、苏州高新创业投资集团、太仓市、平江区、张家港市、吴江市等地企事业单位展位，提供500多个单位的海外人才需求信息并现场解答与会者关于到苏州工作，创新创新或合作的询问。
进入总决赛的8个优秀项目代表队将进行项目路演并接受评委现场点评。评委根据项目可行性和答辩会表现等各要素选出一等奖1名，奖励奖金1500欧元；二等奖2名，各奖励奖金800欧元；三等奖5名，各奖励奖金500欧元；优胜奖8名；获得一二三等奖和优胜奖项目将获得由大赛组委会盖章颁发的获奖证书，并举行颁奖仪式。参加总决赛选手报销全程路费（最高300欧元），巴黎住宿及饮食。

Invitation to the 2013 “Win in Suzhou” Final Venture Contest for
International Elites in Europe Competition

”Win in Suzhou” International Elites Venture Contest http://www.win-in-suzhou.com is a innovation and venture activity among Chinese people in Europe which has the most profound influence, widest coverage and maximum involving people. Since the press conference which held in Paris in 12, Jan. 2013, the venture contest was well supported not only in Europe but also in the whole world. Chinese elites overseas submit their best projects to the contest.
Until middle of April, the organizers have received thousands projects, which cover areas like renewable energy, new material, biomedicine, photovoltaic technology, information technology, management, finance, chemical industry, modern/innovative equipment manufacturing, semi-conductor technology, environment, auto industry and agriculture etc. These projects have high quality; many of them have proprietary intellectual property rights at home and abroad and broad market prospect for development. Among competitors, over 90% have doctor degree, talents participate in this contest are from world famous universities such as Polytech Paris, TU Munich and Cambridge etc.

We will, respectively, offer job information of over 500 organizations and project information organizations and answer any questions from the participants.On the day of the final contest, each team from the top 8 projects will deliver a load show and received feedback from the judges. The first, second and third prize winners will be selected by the judge panel from the top 8 teams. One first prize will be reward €1500; two second prize will have €800 each; €500 each will go to five third prizes; the contest will select eight outstanding prizes. Prize-winners will have honor certificate and a ceremony will be given. The entire trip fare (€300 at most) of the contestants for the Final will be paid by the host, accommodation and food will also be included.
