3rd summit of community networks in Africa, 2-7 Sep, Eastern Cape, South Africa

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to you to bring to your attention the 3rd summit on Community Networks in Africa that the Association for Progressive Communications is co-organizing with ISOC and Zenzeleni Networks. It will take place from the 2nd to the 7th September in Lubanzi, near Coffee Bay in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
