If you remember, it was an ISOC grant that helped get the Dili Village
Telco up and running.

Subject: [ISOC] Internet Society Community Grants programme now open!

Dear ISOC members:
The Internet Society is now accepting applications for its Community
Grants Programme. The application cycle will be open until 30
September. Decisions will be announced in mid-November.
Please note, as mentioned before, two new eligibility criteria:
1. Current Chapter applicants who are previous Community Grants award
recipients and currently have a project underway must have met all
financial and reporting requirements for that past award. Otherwise,
the current Chapter application will not be considered.
2. Previous Community Grants recipients awarded as Individual Members
(instead of a Chapter award) may not have more than one ISOC-funded
project open at one time. In order for a current application from an
Individual Member to be considered, any previous non-Chapter projects
must be completed in full with appropriate reporting submitted.
To learn more about the programme, and to apply, please visit our
website at http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/projects/.
Any questions may be sent to projects [at] isoc [dot] org.
Best,
Connie J Kendig
