Pick a location (on or around village green)
Make a website (probably wiki based)
Make a google group (done)
Write bylaws
Create kickstarter fund
Open bank account for the space
Create logo
Decide on name (I kinda like village green hackerspace)
Add name to hackerspace registry
Create budget
Look into insurance
Look into rezoneing
Create twitter account
Talk to kiwanis
Create inventory
Community surveys
Research for proposals and feasibility study
Look into grants from local charities
Look into local charities to be fiscal agents of our space.
Get people in the group.

believe we can do it!
