simple playground and garden, meet 11am by dog statue march 11th

Hi there!

We have gotten the go ahead to make a garden out back by the dog statue.  Its a great spot.  Full sun and would be easy to fence as there are retaining walls on 3 sides.   I think it would be fun to get a kiddie pool and make a sandbox for the kids to play in.  There is a hose bib out there and I have a hose I can donate to fill it.  Then we can build a garden around that, make a sitting area, nice.

There are insurance implications with that.

Plan it and we'll find out from our general insurance company if we can, if there's a nominal cost associated with it or completely prohibitive.
