Mutate Button

We made another update, thanks to the calm of the holidays.

Now proposals have a button to mutate them.
If you click on it you go directly on the edit page with the edit box
already filled with the previous proposal, so you can just change it.

We also started logging the mails that Vilfredo sends, to avoid having
spammers use Vilfredo to send their material.

Lot's of work :-).
