Vilfredo goes to Russia?

A friend from Russia asked if Vilfredo could be translated into Russian. 

Apparently their group are trying to estabilish a shadow parliament. 

This article might be related. And they want to test different software.

Suddenly the idea of anonymity sounds more compelling.

Btw. I have created a tool to help do localisation for webapps giving a familiar google spreadsheet UI to translators:

It's based on python, but can be used with any language, there are projects using it with PHP, Grails.

Sounds like the right tool for the new version of Vilfredo, as it works well with Python.
