To the Programming Department:
Please create a command that would allow each episode of the dramas to be begin from the beginning. Once a episode is watched or ended, the programming does not allow you the option of watching it again, unless you try to use your back button option on your pc, during the playing of an episode. By creating a programming command within the embed of the features of your dramas it would allow your customer to watch an episode over again as much as they like and the command should be set in place, at the end of each episode automatically. This feature would allow customer the ease of enjoying each episode, by removing the tedious act of trying to restart each episode on their own, and taking away from their viewing pleasure.
When a customer has to go back to the beginning of an episode; you may say they missed it, but if your department take a look at this area they to will find it difficult to restart that episode, because it has already ended, and because you may not be fast enough to catch the back button, it will automatically start the next episode and you have completely missed the previous episode. Now you are lost in translation, because you have missed the previous episode, which makes the next episode confusing, which has caused a very negative viewing experience for the customer and thus decides by abandoning the feature all together. All of these obstacles are due to this one option of not being able to review a particular episode over again, due to a customer already viewing it.
Once again, this suggestion for a featured command embedded in your programming will be ideal for each customer watching the drama of their choosing with the added comfort of being able to watch each episode as many times as they like and even allowing the customer to watch a complete drama over if they wish, thus increasing their viewing pleasure with a thought of every aspect of the viewing experience, considered for their enjoyment.
