Trouble getting any videos to play and Viki app says it does not recognize my account.

I have been having Viki issues for three weeks now on my Viki app that I downloaded through the Google play store were no vidoes will upload at all. I logged in with my email name and password but when I went to play any episodes nothing would upload at all. I have unistalled,reinstalled, cleared the cache forced it to stop but nothing worked! At one time it said I was logged in as:Null did not recognize my account. It was showing up in my Google play store downloaded accounts but not now. I had just upgraded to the Viki pass plus and paid $9.99 for September. On the website it shows this and when next payment due in October. I don't know how it got canceled and removed from my account. If I did it it was not on purpose. I would like to know what's going on with your Google play store app and if you can get it fixed. Eliza with the Viki help center has given me a month refund for September since I have paid for it and not been able to watch anything on it for three weeks now. Please help me out here.
