having trouble logging on

Hello,

  Okay, so I’ve always had android and google devices and I recently got a laptop with windows 10. I have never had any problems really with the Viki app and its one of my favorites until now I get my laptop and one of the first thing I do is to download the viki app I thought it was stupid that I had to buy the app on my lap top when it has always been free on my other devices but I figured it was a small price to pay…but I can’t even log on to my account through the app Ive tried logging on with facebook and gmail none of it worked I did go online to try it and that did work though but having to pay for an app that wont let me use my viki pass is very anoying
