Paid subscripton with no access

Hello to whomever can help.

It seems I have been blocked from my account my emails have been deleted and my password so I have no more access to viki.com however my visa card info is still active and you are charging me for services. I do not have I tried to email support and I still had some access on my tablet and mins later my tablet no longer had access to viki.com as a member. I need someone to help me find out whether viki has blocked me on purpose or by mistake since it is a crime to charge me monthly with have any service for what I pay for.
