Viki API help

Hello,

I was looking at the documentation for VPI v4. 

It says I would get a Client ID and a Client Secret to authenticate with the API.

It says I can get it from the Application dashboard. But the link in the doc takes me to viki.com.

I searched through my profile to find it but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Can you point me to the right place please?
