Greetings from Think India
Think India is organizing a Summit on the topic of, ‘Law: Fulcrum of Change?’ on the 6th and 7th of October 2012 at the NITTTR Campus, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. This summit aims at evolving a fruitful discussion on whether Law has emerged as a fulcrum of reforms and change in the Indian scenario. The primary enquiry of the Summit is based upon the premise of Law acting as a catalyst for reforms. This also begets the question of whether Law, with all its grandeur and myriad potential, is capable of ushering in change merely of its own accord. Such questions and more shall be debated and answered through interactive intellectual discussions and simulations between the participants and eminent legal dignitaries at this two-day event.
