Dear Dr.Sengupta,

Now each student  whose names had been already forwarded to HR division by the respective  PI  for renewal of tenure-ship for the next financial year is required to fill up forms individually to compete the process further. Filled up forms may be given to HR division on or before  March 1, 2016.

Student’s who have filled up the form recently may ignore it.

 

Student’s who have joined recently and going to join, after the interviews in January and February and student’s being taken from the panel by scientists (whose names had not been given earlier (in January 2016) their compiled list will be made to get the Director’s approval  in the second week of March 2016.
