Sir/Madam,

Internal Audit of CSIR – IGIB for the financial year 2014-15 & 2015-16 is scheduled to be conducted during 17.10.2016 to 28.10.2016 by the team from CSIR Hqrs.  One of the requirement for scrutiny of records/audit is to provide a list of Consumable Items (Perishable in nature) which had been procured during the year 2014-15 & 2015-16 but could not be consumed within a period of one year from its purchase.

Since, such items are stored by the Individual  Indentors with themselves, therefore, all concerned are requested to submit the list of Perishable Consumable items to Store Section duly completed and signed which have been procured during the year 2014-15 & 2015-16 in the prescribed format  but could not be consumed within one year of its purchase latest by 17/10/2016.

In case no such items is available with them even then a ‘NIL” report in the same format may be submitted.
