Need your help

Hi Everyone,

Hope everything is going well at your end.
I need a small help from everyone of you. I don't have most of your
contact numbers to speak on hand phone and this probed me to write a
mail to you. It's been a long time we moved from the portals of Vignan
campus. Since then contact details and status of our batch students
was not maintained properly. Our department is planning to maintain
good database system to store contact details and current status of
all the EEE alumni. The main agenda is to contact you for any
vacancies in the company where you are working and also to seek your
help and suggestions regarding academic projects to meet the
industrial expectations. I feel it is an innovative thought to help
our pass-out juniors.
Moreover our college is applying for NBA status again in this academic
year. In order to fulfill the formalities it is compulsory to attach
current status of the alumni of all the departments.
At this juncture I would like to request you to attach the scanned
copy of your offer letter to my mail asap. Kindly inform our mates if
anyone was not included in this group to avoid loss of communication.
I'm sorry for keeping any burden.
