Becoming the President Elect does NOT negate the constitutional
requirements which must be met before a person can become President.
For instance: If it is proven that a President Elect has committed a
felony, such person isn’t qualified to hold any public office,
including being President. Having gotten 53% of the popular vote—like
Barack H. Obama has done—doesn’t sidestep the necessity that a
President Elect meet ALL of the requirements stated in the
Constitution, before becoming President.
*** Barack H. Obama has not, does not, and cannot support the most
basic tenet of our Constitution, namely: That we have “government of
the People, by the People, and for the People”—rather than…
‘government over the People; instead of the People; and for those IN
government rather than for the People themselves. The former quote is
Abraham Lincoln’s idea of the what the USA is all about. Lincoln said
those famous words in his Gettysburg Address. Though such ideas
aren’t stated in the Constitution itself, they are the backbone and
the SPIRIT of the Constitution—evident in every Article, Section and
Amendment!
The most basic government having the People be in charge is a
democracy. Unfortunately, our naïve and/or corrupt politicians, and
our media pseudo-experts, wrongly refer to our TOKEN political
processes as a democracy. When the USA invades other countries, we do
so under the mistaken notion that we are making those nations better
and ‘like us’. But be it known: The USA has NEVER been more than a
crude approximation of a democracy. And having politicians and the
media use the “d” word doesn’t make our government one of those!
Enter John G. Roberts, Jr. On his shoulders rests the responsibility
of saving this country from Barack H. Obama and his ilk, and from the
naïve get-from-a-bankrupt government crowd who voted him into office.
Roberts is empowered by the Constitution to administer the Oath of
Office to Barack Obama. Such says: “I do solemnly swear that I will
faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and I
will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the
Constitution of the United States.”
In the most fundamental ways, Obama has shown that he favors having
UNCONSTITUTIONAL political parties; the media; and influential
celebrities be in charge of government. Obama also favors
undemocratic, drawn-out primaries which let him ‘squeak through’
before his baser “hate the USA” side became known. And Obama favors
the clearly outmoded Electoral College system over the easily
determined, national popular vote of the People. The Electoral
College allowed him to target states having large numbers of electors
with his undeliverable, promise-generated ad dollars. The voters in
PA, FL, and OH, etc. are NOT entitled to have their votes count more
than those in small population states like Alaska!
Barack H. Obama is a FELON! He was offered, and quickly accepted,
bribes in exchange for political favors which he has already
executed. The Constitution prohibits a President “…from receiving any
other emolument (than his salary) from the United States or any of
them.” The last paragraph of Article II, Section 9 states: “… no
person holding any office of profit or trust shall, without the
consent of Congress, accept any present, Emolument, Office, or Title
of any kind whatsoever…” To wit: Senator Tom Daschle ENDORSED Barack
Obama in exchange for having Obama make him a Cabinet Member.
Similarly, Governor Bill Richardson ENDORSED Barack Obama in exchange
for a Cabinet position. All three of those are guilty of violating
the Constitution and are thus guilty of the felonies of giving and
accepting bribes, to the detriment of the People of the USA!
I, as a law-abiding citizen of the USA, charge Barack H. Obama with
the above two counts of felonies for accepting bribes. Chief Justice
John G. Roberts, Jr. should inform Obama of the charges I make against
him, and tell Obama that he is summarily unqualified to become
President!
Chief Justice Roberts is empowered by the Constitution to declare that
the entire 2008 Presidential election was undemocratic and is thus
unconstitutional. No votes by the other members of the Supreme Court
are necessary in order for those rightful assessments to prevail.
Our country’s crisis—in resolving our deficit of a President—shall be
handled as follows: (1.) By judicial ruling, and/or by the assent of
Congress, the term of Pres. George W. Bush shall be extended until
April 28, 2009. (2.) A two-part, democratic, popular-vote based
election shall be held March 03, and March 24, 2009. (3.) Qualified
candidates from any party who had run for the Office of President, and
who choose to do so, again, can become on-the-ballot candidates simply
by registering their intent. NO PARTY BACKING IS REQUIRED, and NO
INDIVIDUAL CAMPAIGNING for OFFICE, other than as in (4.), below, shall
be required, NOR be allowed!! (4.) Voter decisions shall be based on
a total of FOUR, two-hour long, nationally televised debates, before
03/03/09, and THREE debates of the top four vote getters after that
date. All debates shall be begun using pooled questions, from the
media, drawn at random and read by each of the candidates themselves,
in turn. No media moderators nor sponsors of the debates shall be
seen nor heard. (5.) Other than for the ***physical broadcasting***
of the national debates on every TV network in the country, the local
and national media shall be enjoined from commenting on or covering
the election in any way—other than to print, without comment or bias,
sample ballots to be used for the elections. Any group, government
official, celebrity, or any medium or person working therefore who
recommends one or more candidates for election, shall be guilty of
felonies carrying a min. three year prison term, and such shall also
be apt for any pollsters taking or disseminating the results of any
poll concerning the election. (6.) The winner of the 03/24/09
election shall be the person receiving the highest 1st and 2nd choice
votes—as follows: Voters’1st & 2nd choices, only, shall receive
points 4 and 3, respectively. The President and Vice President Elect
receive the highest and the 2nd highest total points. No points shall
be given for the third and forth choices. And a majority vote is not
required (in the Presidential race, only).
In just a three month period, the institutions in this country will
have been made to be more properly ordered, so that in November of
2010 the American People can vote—for the first time in our nation’s
history—on ratifying my New Constitution of the United States of
America.
There was LOVE in my heart for the American People while I wrote the
New Constitution. That means: People of all races, colors and
creeds! If and when right things can start being done, MOST Americans
will benefit! And a new harmony will prevail throughout this Great
Land!

It has been widely reported that NM Gov. Bill Richardson felt let down

made to Richardson’s failed presidential campaign. The proximate
reason given for his withdrawal was that Richardson doesn’t wish to
tarnish Obama’s presidential objectives.
Sadly, the giving and the accepting of bribes is part and parcel to
political doings all over the world. But the widespread nature of
such vices don’t make them any less of a crime. Illinois Governor,
Rod Blagojevich, was soliciting bribes when he was caught offering to
appoint a replacement for Barack Obama’s about-to-be-vacant US Senate
seat in exchange for specific cash payments and/or subsequent
political considerations for himself and for his wife.
The US Constitution prohibits those in public office from accepting
any other payment for performing their duties. Soliciting bribes is
tantamount to soliciting furtive payments NOT allowed by the
Constitution. And to do so violates the primary Law of the Land—
without having to invoke the always-has-been-a-lame-process of
impeachment.
Illinois can easily lay claim to being THE most politically corrupt
state in the union. So, it is both likely and evident that corruption
was at the heart of Obama’s supposed “win” in the 2008 election. With
just two weeks remaining before the fateful inauguration of the
’Manchurian Candidate’, Obama, all thinking Americans, and especially
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., should consider his probable
crimes.
Hillary Rodham Clinton had the ‘momentum’ going into the final
primaries. But Obama clung to his “lead” in the delegate count—most
of which were garnered during the early primaries. However, the
entire drawn-out primary system is unconstitutional because there is
inequality of the “weight” of each vote cast. Those votes cast early
tend to carry more weight because the frontrunner, Obama, started
claiming the inevitability of his win, and thus stampeded later voters
his way, so they can “benefit” from Obama’s empty promises, too. Even
so, Clinton was neck-and-neck to Obama in the only vote count which is
now constitutional—the popular vote.
In her consolation speech following the primaries, Hillary Clinton
said: “I will be on the frontlines of democracy.” And she said that
with a smile. But there were 18 million of her supporters who were
most dissatisfied with her treatment by the media, and by Obama’s
‘inevitability’ of winning mantra, contrary to the expected decorum of
any gentleman, regardless of the gender of the opponent. His
confident attitude implied he knew of corrupt strings which were
poised to be pulled to give him a win.
Most of Clinton’s supporters were probably aghast that Clinton, under
such circumstances, was so willing to bed-down-with-the-enemy, Obama,
and to do so with a smile. Obama had met with the Clintons in her New
York office, implicitly, to discuss her role in the upcoming
campaign. It was rumored that Clinton ‘might be’ a consideration to
become Vice President. Apparently, that plum was dangled, because
Clinton was clearly saddened that Joe Biden got the V. P. nod.
Clinton’s delegates to the convention began to desert her. And when
the role-call votes started pointing up that fact, Hillary Clinton
moved that Obama be elected by acclamation. She did so with… a
smile. Her facial expression was saying: Being SCREWED by Barack
Obama was great! (As usual, Bill Clinton had ‘other distractions’.)
Before Obama could get Bill Clinton on his side, there needed to a
serious BRIBE offered: Obama promised to appoint Hillary to be the
next Secretary of State. By doing so, if Obama could get even 5% of
Clinton’s former delegates, he could be assured of having a majority
against McCain.
Promises of political office(s) in exchange for… ENDORCEMENTS doesn’t
involve cash. But the process is the same greedy “give-to-me and I
will give-to-you” process that Gov. Rod Blagojevich was wishing to
capitalize on. President Elect Obama a BRIBER? Certainly. In the
cases of Senator Tom Daschle and Governor Richardson, Barack Obama was
the bribee. They would ENDORSE Obama in exchange for cabinet

No, the USA isn’t Nigeria… So far, our corruption in this country
hasn’t cost any lives. But bribes FROM and TO our President Elect/
President, are high crimes worthy of having Obama immediately
impeached. Fortunately, Obama isn’t yet President. If Chief Justice
John G. Roberts, Jr. has the balls, and if Roberts understands the
SPIRIT of the Constitution, Obama will never get a chance to become
President! The most apt question for Roberts is to find Obama’s
answer to: “What in fact would it be that Obama must swear to ‘uphold,
protect, and defend, against all enemies foreign and domestic’? Isn’t
DEMOCRACY and fair play at the very heart and soul of our
Constitution? Then, how could Barack Obama be allowed to take an oath
which he violated at every turn during his corrupt campaign? And how
could Obama put his hand on the Holy Bible and say, “…so help me God.”
when for twenty years that rascal was a prominent member of Jeremiah
Wright’s “hate the USA” congregation? The most basic tenet of the
Holy Bible is: “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Why did Barack and
Michelle Obama sit like lead-bottoms in that hate congregation for
twenty years? Is Obama suddenly virtuous simply because he selects a
hate-gays, TV minister to deliver the invocation at his inauguration?
***The alternate route for disqualifying Barack Obama from becoming
President is three fold: (1.) The Constitution doesn’t condone having
political parties, in any way, be intermediaries in deciding who our
candidates for public office can be. (2.) The Constitution (i.e., the
SPIRIT of such) doesn’t condone having primaries be so drawn out in
their scheduling that there is an information and influence deficit
between the those who vote early and those who vote late. and (3.)
The SPIRIT of the Constitution doesn’t condone continuing to have the
now outdated Electoral College system be used, when an accurate
direct, DEMOCRATIC vote of the People in a single day is possible.
No votes by anyone are necessary for my argument against having Obama
become President to stand. All that is needed for Chief Justice John
G. Roberts, Jr. to SAVE the USA, is for him to proclaim that the 2008
presidential election was summarily unconstitutional. Such a
proclamation would be the first step in returning control of our
governments to the People. President George W. Bush should be happy
to get three more months to improve his public image, while the first
DEMOCRATIC election in our nation’s history proceeds simply,
economically, and efficiently. The media, pollsters, and
‘influential’ celebrities will be problems only if they are dumb
enough to violate the retroactive provisions in my New Constitution
which make it a felony for those to having any influence, whatsoever,
above their individual votes on any election or referenda.

Holy Bible is: “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Why did Barack and
Michelle Obama sit like lead-bottoms in that hate congregation for
twenty years? Is Obama suddenly virtuous simply because he selects a
hate-gays, TV minister to deliver the invocation at his inauguration?
***The alternate route for disqualifying Barack Obama from becoming
President is three fold: (1.) The Constitution doesn’t condone having
political parties, in any way, be intermediaries in deciding who our
candidates for public office can be. (2.) The Constitution (i.e., the
SPIRIT of such) doesn’t condone having primaries be so drawn out in
their scheduling that there is an information and influence deficit
between the those who vote early and those who vote late. and (3.)
The SPIRIT of the Constitution doesn’t condone continuing to have the
now outdated Electoral College system be used, when an accurate
direct, DEMOCRATIC vote of the People in a single day is possible.
No votes by anyone are necessary for my argument against having Obama
become President to stand. All that is needed for Chief Justice John
G. Roberts, Jr. to SAVE the USA, is for him to proclaim that the 2008
presidential election was summarily unconstitutional. Such a
proclamation would be the first step in returning control of our
governments to the People. President George W. Bush should be happy
to get three more months to improve his public image, while the first
DEMOCRATIC election in our nation’s history proceeds simply,
economically, and efficiently. The media, pollsters, and
‘influential’ celebrities will be problems only if they are dumb
enough to violate the retroactive provisions in my New Constitution
which make it a felony for those to having any influence, whatsoever,
above their individual votes on any election or referenda.

Because in the over regulated over bureaucratic society in which we
live hasn't already investigated him? Because there aren't 47% of
people who don't support Obama and are searching for reasons that he
can't be President. We might actually find a reason, too, if some of
those 47% weren't on GoogleGroups writing tabloid worthy articles
about how our President-Elect is a felon.

Dear Brian: You have never replied to my posts, before, so welcome!
That said... the clarity of your writing doesn't reflect well on your
reasoning ability. Instead of my "cook-booking" from tabloids, my
information was gotten via daily listening, reading, and watching
media coverage. Yes, the media is screwed up. But live, as-it-
happens, news coverage is hard to get wrong. If the media would just
delete all of the time-filling analysis and commenting, there would be
an hour or so per day of actual 'news' which each voter could
interpret FOR THEMSELVES..
Our Constitution doesn't condone having the biased, elite media become
the "thought processes" of the (largely lazy) voters. No true
democracy can allow anyone—no matter how articulate, highly paid and
well-dressed—to have more influence on the outcome of elections than
just their per capita votes.
Nor does our Constitution condone having pseudo governmental groups,
like Democrats and Republicans, inject their own unconstitutional
"rules and bylaws" to tell the American people whom they can have to

Merely because the USA was a flawed system from day one (because of
the US Senate isn't democratic), the SPIRIT of the Constitution can
still save us from becoming the... Red, White and BLACK country which
Obama is heading us toward. NOTE: Black is the color associated with

is supposed to be based on democracy, hope and fair play! Obama's

promising: “I will be on the frontlines of democracy!” But not so!
Democracy was on CLINTON’S side right up until she made that
consolation speech! Her best chance to defend democracy would have
been to tell the World: “I and my supporters have NOT been treated
fairly in the primaries. Therefore, I will be suing in federal and
state courts to have the nomination of Obama overturned. The party-
dictated primary system violates Constitution-guaranteed fairness
regarding the valuing and the counting of votes.”
What Hillary (and Bill) Clinton did was to drop back to… Plan B. They
would follow the corrupt Standard Operating Procedure in Washington
and not find too much fault with the opposition—lest the opposition
find as much, or more fault with them. Effectively, the Clintons flip-
flopped and sided with the anti-democracy candidate. And they did so
to the might-be fatal detriment of the USA. And later, when the

affirmation to uphold the Constitution when there is such a glaring
antithesis of democracy as the US Senate included?
Confirmation hearings of Obama’s nominees for Cabinet positions are
now underway in Washington. Senators and nominees, alike, face off
while seated in a big, high-ceiling, expensively-paneled room. Being
allowed to enter such a room implies that those who ARE must be
important people. Hillary Clinton—Obama’s nominee for US Secretary of
State—sat well-quaffed and made up while being questioned concerning a
possible conflict of interest because of Bill Clinton’s charitable
involvements overseas. Everyone involved looked THRILLED to have such
an insignificant point to question about… That was because the latter
point of questioning let everyone get out of that room without having
to ask Hillary Rodham Clinton THESE crucial questions:
(1.) Ms. Clinton, do you believe that democracy is, or should be, the
FOUNDATION of our government in the USA? and if so… (2.) Do you
believe that your flip-flop to support Barack Obama is in direct
conflict with democracy? also, tell us… (3.) Do you believe that
those who hold public office are above the law? and if so… (4.) Do
you consider that public officials who give or accept BRIBES regarding
how they conduct their jobs are violating our laws? …Finally (5.) It
has been charged that both you and your husband, President Bill
Clinton, had a prior agreement with Barack H. Obama… BEFORE the
election, that both of you would support and campaign for Obama in
exchange for his firm promise to nominate YOU to be our next US
Secretary of State. Please realize that you are under oath, Ms.
Clinton. IS THAT SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST YOU and YOUR HUSBAND TRUE??
At that point, President Elect Barack Obama would have been stopped,
permanently, in his clandestined bid to become President. Instead of
having hundreds of Secret Servicemen protecting Obama, only two or
three of them would be needed to immediately escort Obama to the
nearest jail. And all of the “process-rules-reason” inaugural plans
for Obama would be curtailed.
Every single member of the US Senate is cognizant of my New
Constitution. From day one, such will ELIMINATE the Senate in two
more years. Understandably, those selfish power-mongers don’t want
that to happen! Sadly, Senators (and representatives) have become our
“elected” dictators. They won’t relinquish their unconstitutional

Conservative radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, is a verbal genius.
While everyone may not agree with his philosophies, most will agree
that he is an excellent digger and presenter of news. And he touts
himself as the Doctor of Democracy. Wonderful! As I was writing my
New Constitution I knew that I must make our government be optimum for
both conservatives AND liberals. The former like to… ‘keep’, the
latter like to… ‘get’. The common ground to satisfy both of those
ends is to have our economy function so smoothly that liberals can
reach most of their goals WITHOUT having to look to government for
help. There are ways to reduce the hardships faced by many, without
turning the USA into a socialist government like the failed USSR. In
my opinion, the USA now has a monster (protectionist) government like
the controlling one that was expounded in Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas
Shrugged’. If at all possible, I intend to STOP the latter downward
spiral of the USA’s future from proceeding any further!
On the one hand, Rush Limbaugh has his conservative “keep” agendas.
But on the other hand he has his celebrity status as an influential
person. It would appear that Limbaugh values his status as a talk
show host MORE than he values reaching the objectives he likes to harp
about every week. Limbaugh is like a… “doctor”. But he’s a doctor
who laments having diseases be cured—because such puts him out of a
job!
In just five or ten minutes time, on his national radio show, Rush
Limbaugh could elevate my New Constitution from this… hush-hush,
unmentionable solution to our nation‘s problems, into the limelight
like it deserves. Yes, Limbaugh—and all of the media—will be enjoined
not to assess nor comment on (as PROFESSIONALS) any news regarding
government. But be it known: “A correctly-functioning government
won’t be needing much assessing nor commenting on, anyway!”
People who have the public ear, and are honest, have the opportunity
to save the USA simply by pointing out that our corrupt Congress and
our overly corrupt media have put this country on the road-to-ruin.
But as with having ‘abscessed teeth’ extracted, the patient (all of
us) should start feeling better, soon!
Time is running out for Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. to save the
USA all by himself. A simple eyeball-to-eyeball talk with Barack
Obama should prove to Roberts that Obama is unfit to take the oath of
office to become our nation’s 44th President. But instead of masses
of people shedding “Oprah” tears… this country should rejoice that it
has turned the corner AWAY from socialism and toward our having a more
OPTIMUM government that will be beneficial to ALL of our citizens.

The single greatest cause of the decline of our nation—socially,
economically, and politically—is the nefarious US Senate. Such was
included in our original Constitution, not as a checks and balances
protection for the People, but as a checks and balances protection for
small population states which feared being exploited by larger
states. In effect, small states BLACKMAILED larger states into giving
them anti-democracy levels of power—if there was to be a new country
at all.
The US Senate, a perennial drag on the efficiency and on the fairness
of our government, has been called: “The most exclusive club in
America.” Our country was founded as an escape from the kingdoms and
tyrannical leaderships in the old countries. To further our objective
of escape, the SPIRIT of our Constitution lets the People, as fairly
as possible, govern themselves according to their own wishes, NOT
according to the wishes of a ruling class or dictators of any kind.
Every public official in the USA must swear to uphold the
Constitution. “Upholding” means to agree with and to abide by. But
not a single one of those public officials—past nor present—including
every member of Congress and every judge or justice in the USA, has
realized that the US Senate is the anti-democracy CANCER within the
Constitution itself. How can any public official swear an oath or
affirmation to uphold the Constitution when there is such a glaring
antithesis of democracy as the US Senate included?
Confirmation hearings of Obama’s nominees for Cabinet positions are
now underway in Washington. Senators and nominees, alike, face off
while seated in a big, high-ceiling, expensively-paneled room. Being
allowed to enter such a room implies that those who ARE must be
important people. Hillary Clinton—Obama’s nominee for US Secretary of
State—sat well-quaffed and made up while being questioned concerning a
possible conflict of interest because of Bill Clinton’s charitable
involvements overseas. Everyone involved looked THRILLED to have such
an insignificant point to question about… That was because the latter
point of questioning let everyone get out of that room without having
to ask Hillary Rodham Clinton THESE crucial questions:
(1.) Ms. Clinton, do you believe that democracy is, or should be, the
FOUNDATION of our government in the USA? and if so… (2.) Do you
believe that your flip-flop to support Barack Obama is in direct
conflict with democracy? also, tell us… (3.) Do you believe that
those who hold public office are above the law? and if so… (4.) Do
you consider that public officials who give or accept BRIBES regarding
how they conduct their jobs are violating our laws? …Finally (5.) It
has been charged that both you and your husband, President Bill
Clinton, had a prior agreement with Barack H. Obama… BEFORE the
election, that both of you would support and campaign for Obama in
exchange for his firm promise to nominate YOU to be our next US
Secretary of State. Please realize that you are under oath, Ms.
Clinton. IS THAT SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST YOU and YOUR HUSBAND TRUE??
At that point, President Elect Barack Obama would have been stopped,
permanently, in his clandestined bid to become President. Instead of
having hundreds of Secret Servicemen protecting Obama, only two or
three of them would be needed to immediately escort Obama to the
nearest jail. And all of the “process-rules-reason” inaugural plans
for Obama would be curtailed.

with? The mere saying of empty WORDS, while dressed in a custom-
tailored, bullet-resistant overcoat, and standing in front of a crowd
of pseudo “important” people, does NOT wipe-the-slate-clean for Barack
Obama—when he conducted his entire presidential campaign while
disregarding the basic premises of the Constitution.
The media, in its entirety, now sees “the news” as being: How are
Obama’s various economic stimulus packages likely to work? Thus far,
no one in the media has been willing to consider that Obama’s likely
unpunished crimes of: Giving and Receiving BRIBES in exchange for
political favors rises to the threshold of being worthy of mention.
But they are all too happy to discuss the “difficult” nomination
confirmation of the Treasury Secretary. The latter nominee failed to
pay $25,000.00 in self-employment taxes. Obama himself BRIBED and
CHEATED his way to be the President Elect, but no one (but me) is
saying a word. Why?
Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich SOLICITED bribes, and has been
impeached. Bill Richardson is under SUSPICION of bribery and he
resigned as the Commerce Secretary nominee. Yet, Barack Obama is this
“Mister Clean” (gag, gag…) who is entitled to walk into office without
so much as a single public question regarding the “agreements” that
Obama had with Tom Daschle, Bill Richardson, and with Hillary and Bill
Clinton. In our capital there seems to be an understanding that
politicians are immune from “petty” charges of misconduct. But are my
charges against Barack Obama—which threaten the survival of the USA—
petty? All thinking Americans surely know better!
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. is on the hot-seat regarding his
administering the Oath of Office, on Tuesday, to one who is unqualified
—Barack Obama. As long as Roberts suspects that no one in Congress,
nor in the media, will make-a-stink, he will just… go down in history
and do the “token things” like have gotten the USA into most of its
present messes.
Please consider how SHORT Obama’s “honeymoon” will be if Governor Bill
Richardson comes clean and acknowledges that Obama dangled the
Secretary of State… “plum” in exchange for Richardson’s support. Bill
Richardson is unlikely to go down for bribery in NM, while letting
Obama’s bribery in the USA go unpunished.
Senator Tom Daschle was Obama’s front man during the FL and MI primary
“adjustments”. Daschle was all smiles when he sided with the DNC
rules over the RULES of democracy. And Obama was perfectly happy to
let the decisions of the unconstitutional, Democratic Party Rules and
Bylaws Committee take precedent over the RULES of the US Constitution—
which Obama himself, purportedly, once taught in school.
How many thinking Americans believe that Barack Obama went to Hillary
Clinton’s New York Office, following his “win” in the primaries,
without discussing that Hillary was a “possible” for Vice President?
And when that possibility didn’t pan out, to Hillary’s obvious
chagrin, how many thinking Americans believe that both Bill and
Hillary Clinton campaigned hard for Obama just to “unify” the God
Damned Democratic Party?!
One of Obama’s major… “late” endorsements was from General Colin
Powell. But Powell did the correct thing and REFUSED to be considered
for any cabinet positions. Apparently, Powell knows that this country
doesn’t have (or shouldn’t have) “government of the endorsers, for the
endorsers, and by the endorsers.” Yet, Daschle, Richardson and the
Clintons are corrupt enough, and bold enough about it, to just side
with… “how things are done in Washington”, and let the crooked
“system” continue.
When Hillary Clinton promised: “I will be on the frontlines of
democracy”, then, in the same “cracked glass ceiling” speech promised
to support Obama—who is the ANTITHESIS OF DEMOCRACY—Hillary Clinton
committed treason against the USA! To wit: If a foreign power came
over and forcefully tried to overthrow our government, and a US
insider assisted in that effort, such person would be giving aid and
comfort to the enemy—treason. Similarly, when Clinton backed Barack

actually stabbing democracy in the back by supporting Obama! When
none of these serious charges got brought up during Hillary Clinton’s

by David Gregory, Bob Schieffer, and George Stephanopoulos. If any of
those three consider that the giving and accepting of BRIBES by a
President Elect is at least on a par with the non payment of

then, Barack Obama won’t become our next President. The media has a
fiduciary responsibility to, as truthfully as possible, COVER the
news. Not doing so, even by willful omission, violates the FCC rules
on which TV licenses are supposedly based. And to willfully cover-up
likely felonies, and/or treason, by public officials is, similarly, a
felony or.. it is treason against the USA. Being media “celebrities”,

The “best scenario” is to have the American people realize that it is
in the country’s interest NOT to have Obama be inaugurated at all.
The nominal “crisis” which will result can be solved by the simple
expedient of extending the term of office of President Bush until
April 28, 2009. During the interim, the American people will get a
chance to vote in the FIRST DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN OUR
NATION’S HISTORY! And the process will be economical, efficient and
FAIR! Never before has “fairness” been evident in how this country
selects our President.
This essay will likely be my last effort to stop Barack Obama from
becoming President. In just two years time, that egotistical,
immoral, and un American BASTARD has upstaged my lovingly prepared New
Constitution. He did so by disregarding democracy and by making
empty, inflationary promises to “the middle class” of money which our
bankrupt government doesn’t have to give. And he did so because of
his pathological calmness under fire, which justifies my calling him
both the “Manchurian Candidate” and the Anti-Christ. Descriptions of
the latter are of a “charismatic” man… like many claim that Obama is.
It has been reported that Obama has an IQ of 136. But such doesn’t
qualify him, nor anyone, to become President. At this moment, Obama
is just as inexperienced as he was the first day he ran for the US
Senate—as a springboard to become President, because of his deluded
sense of entitlement. Those who have read any of my many essays
against Obama, during these past two years, must realize that my IQ is
at the top of the charts. And my experiences in this country are
decades more that Obama’s. The RED FLAGS that shot up the first time
I heard Obama speak, at the 2004 Democratic Convention, are still
waving, unabated. But if my words have POWER, then the Red, White and
BLUE Stars and Stripes can be elevated to the status of Flag of the

the…“honors“. But what they will actually be doing is committing
TREASON against the USA!
The line of succession IF Obama becomes President includes Joe Biden—
who for selfish reasons, supported Obama while looking the other way
to his crimes. And it includes Hillary Clinton, a bribe offerer and a
turncoat of democracy. It also includes the Speaker of the House—a
most vocal and corrupt supporter of Barack Obama.
The “best scenario” is to have the American people realize that it is
in the country’s interest NOT to have Obama be inaugurated at all.
The nominal “crisis” which will result can be solved by the simple
expedient of extending the term of office of President Bush until
April 28, 2009. During the interim, the American people will get a
chance to vote in the FIRST DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN OUR
NATION’S HISTORY! And the process will be economical, efficient and
FAIR! Never before has “fairness” been evident in how this country
selects our President.
This essay will likely be my last effort to stop Barack Obama from
becoming President. In just two years time, that egotistical,
immoral, and un American BASTARD has upstaged my lovingly prepared New
Constitution. He did so by disregarding democracy and by making
empty, inflationary promises to “the middle class” of money which our
bankrupt government doesn’t have to give. And he did so because of
his pathological calmness under fire, which justifies my calling him
both the “Manchurian Candidate” and the Anti-Christ. Descriptions of
the latter are of a “charismatic” man… like many claim that Obama is.
It has been reported that Obama has an IQ of 136. But such doesn’t
qualify him, nor anyone, to become President. At this moment, Obama
is just as inexperienced as he was the first day he ran for the US
Senate—as a springboard to become President, because of his deluded
sense of entitlement. Those who have read any of my many essays
against Obama, during these past two years, must realize that my IQ is
at the top of the charts. And my experiences in this country are
decades more that Obama’s. The RED FLAGS that shot up the first time
I heard Obama speak, at the 2004 Democratic Convention, are still
waving, unabated. But if my words have POWER, then the Red, White and
BLUE Stars and Stripes can be elevated to the status of Flag of the
Nation… not just the flag of the power-mad in Washington!
