Is this API being actively developed ? Im interested....

The API is active.

There is limited capability at the moment - in that it only covers access to
our BuddyBeacon location sharing capability.

We do expect to extend the API going forward - as interest has been good and
there have been some interesting mash-ups and web-apps developed using the
BuddyBeacon location feed.
