The caption says, "Vascular Center is scheduled to open 11.11.11."
But it got me wondering. I wonder if they will pick 11th hour and 11th
minute? But what about the things that happen in projects - things
often go slow, but can sometimes go fast. So I wondered - this is not
like a movie release. People's lives are at stake here. What will they
do if the project is going too fast.
Will they slow it down, or keep people from getting (potentially life-
saving) care so that the unit can open on the 11th of November as
planned?
The guy in charge says "... the ribbon cutting for the new Heart and
Vascular Institute is set for 11-11-11" This is the last sentence of
the news release.
