Is it just me - thirteen just seems to be everywhere, these days -

Tiger Woods - everyone is talking about the fact that his speech was
thirteen and a half minutes long. I cannot remember the last time
someone went on screen to talk about their sex lives that they felt it
necessary to say how long the apology lasted.

Then this doctor of death (Dr. Scott Reuben) - now, is it not just
