ChhotaBheem and the Curse of Damyaan (2012) is the 18th film in the Chhota Bheem Series and it marks Green Gold production's first ever delve to the big screens after making films for TV for approximately four years, since 2008. It is made as a collab with Green Gold productions and PVR Cinemas. It is regarded as one of the most legendary films of the Chhota Bheem series till date and stands undefeated till now.

Chhota Bheem is a brave and strong kid who has faced many troubles and saved the kingdom from Dholakpur like Kirmada, Mayanadri, Kaala Haath, Kaifu, etc (All the villains in the past movies) but now, he has to face a much bigger challenge when shady looking merchants reach dholakpur and persuade Raja Indraverma to come to Damyaan's Sonapur i.e, A city of gold in the desert. Indraverma accidentally sets free an ancient snake magician known as Damyaan who is now immortal. Chhota Bheem must now journey through time, learn magic and try to save Sonapur from the evil Damyaan. Will he able to do it or not ?

Coming to some personal feelings, this movie was an absolute blast. I remember it, being much darker than any other movies and hence, much more enjoyable. It was a great experience and especially, the soundtrack and background music deserve a special shoutout because they were so amazing and were the icing on the cake on this movie.

A direct animated sequel was released in 2019 known as Chhota Bheem and The Rise of Damyaan (2019) and a live-action remake was released in 2024, It also spanned a spin-off new mini series known as 'Damyaan ki Dehshat' which just had another sequel in 2024 known as 'Damyaan ka Badla.'
