Văn phòng UNESCO tại Hà Nội trân trọng thông tin tới Quý anh/chị về Khảo sát toàn cầu UNESCO–ICOM năm 2026 về ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong bảo tàng.
Khảo sát được triển khai trong khuôn khổ hợp tác giữa UNESCO và Hội đồng Bảo tàng Quốc tế (ICOM), phù hợp với Khuyến nghị năm 2015 của UNESCO về Bảo vệ và Phát huy vai trò của Bảo tàng và Bộ sưu tập, sự đa dạng của chúng và vai trò trong xã hội; Khuyến nghị năm 2021 về Đạo đức của Trí tuệ nhân tạo; cùng Bộ Quy tắc Đạo đức của ICOM dành cho Bảo tàng.
Mục tiêu của khảo sát là thu thập thông tin cập nhật về việc ứng dụng AI trong hoạt động bảo tàng, bao gồm các cơ hội, thách thức và nhu cầu mới nổi. Kết quả khảo sát sẽ đóng góp cho Báo cáo chung UNESCO–ICOM về ứng dụng AI trong bảo tàng, đồng thời hỗ trợ quá trình xây dựng chính sách và các hoạt động tăng cường năng lực trong lĩnh vực bảo tàng trong thời gian tới.
Khảo sát dành cho đại diện các bảo tàng thuộc mọi loại hình và quy mô.

UNESCO Hà Nội trân trọng kính đề nghị Quý anh/chị tham gia khảo sát và phổ biến thông tin khảo sát tới các bảo tàng, đơn vị liên quan trong mạng lưới của mình, đồng thời khuyến khích các đơn vị tham gia trước ngày 20 tháng 7 năm 2026.
Sau khi hoàn thành khảo sát, kính mong Quý anh/chị phản hồi email này để thông báo cho UNESCO Hà Nội.

Dear Focal Points of the Vietnam Museum Network,
The UNESCO Hanoi Office is pleased to share with you the UNESCO–ICOM 2026 Global Survey on the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Museums.
The survey is being conducted within the framework of the collaboration between UNESCO and the International Council of Museums (ICOM), guided by UNESCO’s 2015 Recommendation concerning the Protection and Promotion of Museums and Collections, their Diversity and their Role in Society, the 2021 Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, and the ICOM Code of Ethics for Museums.
The survey aims to gather up-to-date information on how museums are using AI, including opportunities, challenges, and emerging needs. Its findings will contribute to a joint UNESCO–ICOM Report on the Use of AI in Museums and help inform museum policy development and future capacity-building activities by UNESCO and ICOM.
The survey is open to representatives of museums of all types and sizes.
