'South-East Asian Sub-regional Introductory Course on Conservation and Restoration of Underwater Archaeological Finds'

19-30 June 2023

Call for Applicants: SEAMEO SPAFA together with UNESCO Bangkok and the Fine Arts Department, Thailand is organizing a workshop for the practical conservation of underwater archaeological finds, including wood, ceramics and other organic materials. The workshop will run from 19-30 June 2023 in Thailand and is aimed towards material conservators and archaeologists in Southeast Asia.

It's International Women's Day today (8 March)! And to celebrate, SEAMEO SPAFA has organized a SPAFA SESH on March 30th where we speak with three remarkable women who have devoted their careers to Southeast Asian cultural heritage. Hear their experiences, from challenges and opportunities.

SPAFA SESH: "Celebrating Women Working in Southeast Asian Cultural Heritage: Challenges & Opportunities"
