2. Files: Added OpEd in New American Media: 20080320 New America Media - Sending Boat People Back to Vietnam.pdf
3. Added two issue areas into Issue Outline: Immigrant Services; and U.S.-Vietnam Relations. Immigrant Services was added due to obstacles and challenges in outreaching and helping non-citizens. U.S.-Vietnam Relations is added since the MOU is an agreement between the governments of both countries. I'm still waiting for the timeline of events from Natalie Newton, as the ICE did mention that the MOU was a "culmination of almost a decade of negotiations" (ICE, 22 Jan 2008). We definitely need more information on these negotiations.
4. Added to the Issue Outline's Resource Pages section the "Vietnamese Immigrant Community Profile" subsection. There is no information concerning the 1500 that are being mentioned to be deported as of yet.
   
5. Added a few more stakeholders to the Stakeholders Directory. The criteria to be on the directory that I suggest is that if your group, organization, or you yourself as an individual have taken active steps to address this issue, then you should add yourself, group, or organization to the directory. I know there are people on this mailing list who are listening in, but I do not know if they have taken any active steps on the issue.

To answer Chanda's question on how to approach the Vietnamese community, you might want to refresh yourself on the Vietnamese Immigrant profile that is published by the Santa Clara County's Immigrant Relations and Integration Services (IRIS). I will write a more comprehensive description of a theoretical approach to the Vietnamese community. It's theoretical, mainly because I study other orgs and individuals and collect the best features. Would've been nice if that was my honors thesis.
