Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of ADB and the Department of Appraisal and Environmental Impact Assessment of MoNRE, and the Technical Working Group on Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment, I am pleased to invite you to join in a consultation workshop on the General Circular on EIA, SEA and EPC. This workshop will be co-chaired by MoNRE, ADB and the World Bank. The purpose of the consultation workshop is to review, and provide feedback on, changes proposed in the circular.
The workshop will take place next week Tuesday 12 July from 2-5pm at the ADB Hanoi Office, 23 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Suite 701. Refreshments will be served. Please register by next Monday 11 July with Ms. Loan Huong Le, lhle.co...@adb.org. Please indicate if you or your designated representative require translation.
If you are unable to attend the workshop but, still wish to provide comments on the document, we ask that you provide these comments to Mr. Dung mtd...@yahoo.com, no later than Monday 12 June. A Vietnamese version of the Circular is available on MoNRE website, a draft translated copy as of May 2011 is attached to this message.
