Dear Colleagues:
On behalf of MoNRE, ADB and WB, I would like to invite you to the first meeting of 2013 for the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The meeting will be held at MoNRE's offices on 21, January 2013 from 3-5pm and chaired by Vice Minister Bui Cach Tuyen. The meeting will share progress on ADB and World Bank projects supporting the implementation of the new Environment Decree and Circular, as well as plans for revisions of the SEA and EIA sections of the Law on Environmental Protection. The meeting will present the final version of MoNRE's SEA and EIA Capacity Action Plan, prepared with ADB support.
