MPI Guidelines for SEAs of Master Plans

You may be interested to consult the November 2011 "Guidelines for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of Socio-Economic Development Strategies, Master Plans and Plans". These guidelines were prepared as a joint effort between MPI and the Danish Embassy under the "Viet Nam - Denmark Development Cooperation in Environment 2005-2010". The preparation of these guidelines complied with a policy action under the multi-donor PRSC 10 budget support operation managed by the World Bank.

Because of the large size of the files, I do not attach them here but have archived both the English and Vietnamese versions on the work space of the EIA/SEA TWG (see below). They are disseminated with the kind permission of MPI and the Danish Embassy.
