Minutes of Donor Consultation Meeting

Dear all,

As you might know that under TA 7566: Strengthening and Use of Country Safeguards Systems, ADB supports MONRE to develop and strengthen capacity for implementation of decree 29 Circular. On 8 August 2011, ADB organized a donor consultation meeting to get comment and seek cooperation from other donors for its activities. All of you were invited but some could not attend. I send herewith the minutes of meeting for your reference and comment. We will also share with you our Inception Report for this TA through the web page: sites.google.com/site/vietnameia as soon as its completed

Please find attache annexes 2 and 3 of the Minutes that were missed in my last email. Thanks Trang, Jica, for your reminder. However, you should be aware that these draft versions of Gap Analysis and Capacity Development Plan are being revised based on the given comment. We will share with you the final versions, incorporated in the Inception Report, as soon as they completed.
