Interesting Report on Lessons Learned from Trung Son Hydropower Project

The World Bank and AusAid have recently published an interesting report on lessons learned from Trung Son with regard to environmental and social impacts, authored by Defne Gencer and Richard Spencer. It is entitled: New Approaches from Medium Scale Hydropower Development in Vietnam - Lessons from Preparation of Trung Son.
