Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of ADB and the Department of Appraisal and Environmental Impact Assessment of MoNRE, I am pleased to invite you to join in a consultation workshop on the General Circular on EIA, SEA and EPC. The purpose of the consultation workshop is to review, and provide feedback on, changes proposed in the circular. The workshop will take place next week 24-25 June at the Hung Hai Hotel in Dai Lai, Vinh Phuc Province. A detailed agenda as well as a preliminary list of invitees is attached. Round trip transportation from Hanoi will be provided. If you are interested in attending all or part of the consultation, please register by next Wednesday 22 June with Mrs. Thanh Nguyet Hoang, Department of Appraisal and Environmental Impact Assessment, 0983046572, nguyet.cu...@yahoo.com.
If you are unable to attend the workshop but, still wish to provide comments on the document, we ask that you provide these comments to Mr. Dung mtd...@yahoo.com, no later than Friday 24 June. A Vietnamese version of the Circular is available on MoNRE website, a draft translated copy as of May 2011 is attached to this message.
