Here's a story you might be interested in and somebody I hadn't heard about before a literary article (link included) appeared at the weekend. An idealistic overseas Vietnamese -- and quite a brainy guy too -- who returned to join the Viet Minh in the French War and disappeared into that world.
A fascinating story.
