Another Stalled Mega-Project in Vietnam.

This bridge is over the main shipping channel into Saigon and part of a huge bypass south of Saigon from the northern Mekong Delta's Long An Province to Long Thanh where the city's new mega airport is under construction.  Japanese funded but its contractor gave up on its local partner and now everything is rusting away.

Good work, Vietnam!  A great place to invest, eh?
