Rather flowery & overdone writing here -- but goes well with the over-the-top $100 for a bowl of Pho.   I prefer KDs home-cooked version.

This Viet Kieu My fella has become quite famous for Vietnam's only Michelin-starred restaurant in HCM City, Anan, which our daughter and husband tried during their recent visit from US and were pleased enough with it even if it's just all "pretty food" really.   Not for we oldies though.

Nothing fancy, but it fills you up and eliminates Montezuma's Revenge.
