• Yes, this was my response in writing on this day 51 years ago. Even the idea of some young commie propagandist that it was the day of Giai Phong was nonsense -- and at least they've dropped that claim over the years. People came out on the streets for an hour or two to see the strange little green men but the amount of celebrating was zero.
